I went to Englewood Cliffs Cadillac looking to purchase a vehicle and was greeted by Karla in sales. She was extremely knowledgeable, took her time, showed me all options that Cadillac had in stock and was a pleasure both personally and professionally. My experience was a 10 and I will be sure to go back to her in the future.
The dealership was very clean. Service was great. They kept the car longer than expected so I had to get a rental car. They had no rental cars available so I had to pay for one.
I came in to see one of their used cars for sale. Sales associate couldn't tell the difference between an SUV and a truck and kept looking for an SUV among trucks. Once the used car was found - it wouldn't turn on. Looks like they sell used cars without taking care of them.
Emad was very helpful and help me with what I needed it I recommend this dealer shop if you need a car they help with everything making sure I got the best deal thanks again for helping me with my purchase

Had an incredible lease experience with Alexander Singleton. No pressure tactics, no games, no getting jerked around. A genuinely good guy and someone I could trust to give it to me straight. I loathe having to do the dance with dealerships, but they didn't make me jump through a dozen hoops in order to get a good deal. 10/10 would recommend. Liz and Antonio were excellent as well - really enjoyed the experience with this team!

Purchased an Escalade from Emad. He is the best salesman, he knows his cars, goes over all the features and is really patient and friendly. All in all an amazing experience buying from this dealership.

I have never been made to feel so guilty for getting a flat tire after hours and towing my car to the same spot I have for 4 years. No sympathy, service manager was an absolute mean monster. No solutions, only displacement of blame and accountability with absolutely zero empathy. You must do better. You cannot treat people the way you treated me from the moment you answered the first phone call. It was such a disappointing experience.

No collaboration to help find what issues are with the vehicle. Seemed more important for them to make clear that anything i ask them to check they charge $289 as a diagnosis fee regardless of findings. Kimberly also neglected to schedule my visit when there would be a loaner car available although I ask.
