Purchased an Escalade from Emad. He is the best salesman, he knows his cars, goes over all the features and is really patient and friendly. All in all an amazing experience buying from this dealership.

Waiting room should have some snacks like all other Cadillac dealers I have visited especially if the wait is 1 1/2 hours or longer.
I have never been made to feel so guilty for getting a flat tire after hours and towing my car to the same spot I have for 4 years. No sympathy, service manager was an absolute mean monster. No solutions, only displacement of blame and accountability with absolutely zero empathy. You must do better. You cannot treat people the way you treated me from the moment you answered the first phone call. It was such a disappointing experience.

No collaboration to help find what issues are with the vehicle. Seemed more important for them to make clear that anything i ask them to check they charge $289 as a diagnosis fee regardless of findings. Kimberly also neglected to schedule my visit when there would be a loaner car available although I ask.

Not onest people. Promise you one thing in reality totaly different. My car been parked on they parking lot 7 days(4 business days) and they didn't find time to put inside to find problem. Engine oil leak Cady XT4. Not recommend to anyone. At the end brought my car to different dealer

I purchased a 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV from this dealership in April 2025. Ed, our sales rep, was excellent—knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He walked us through the vehicle’s features and offered a test drive.
