⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Cadillac of Englewood Cliffs I purchased a brand-new 2026 Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport Platinum from Cadillac of Englewood Cliffs, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. First Issue – Missing Refrigerator Advertised on the Window Sticker Before purchasing the vehicle, I specifically confirmed with the salesperson that it was equipped with the center console refrigerator. The official window sticker also listed this feature. However, after taking delivery, I discovered that the refrigerator was missing. I purchased this vehicle relying on the information provided by the dealership and the official window sticker. I feel that I was misled about an important feature of a very expensive vehicle. Since discovering this issue, I have repeatedly attempted to contact the dealership by phone and email. My calls are directed to voicemail, and my emails remain unanswered. I have received no satisfactory explanation or resolution. Second Issue – Vehicle Registered Under My Personal Name Instead of My Company I specifically instructed the dealership to register and title the vehicle under my company’s name and provided the necessary company documents. Despite my instructions, the dealership processed the paperwork under my personal name instead. When I requested that they correct this issue, they refused to make the requested changes. Two serious issues with one brand-new luxury vehicle, and no meaningful customer service or accountability. I paid approximately $130,000 before taxes and fees for this vehicle. At this price level, I expected honesty, professionalism, accurate paperwork, and responsive customer service. Instead, I have been left dealing with a missing advertised feature, incorrect ownership paperwork, and repeated unanswered communications. I am extremely disappointed with Cadillac of Englewood Cliffs and cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. I am requesting that dealership management immediately address both issues in writing and provide a satisfactory resolution. John Conner

I had a MPInspection and tire rotation.....I had an issue with one of the collision sensors and she had the technician check it out to find out about the issue I was having....she did a great job to address my concern.
